Shamu, One Ocean, Fireworks and More!
Providing you the best deals and local tips for visiting SeaWorld San Diego.
Whether you are looking to buy a pass and take advantage of all their new shows, like the One Ocean show, or whether you just want to enjoy the free benefits of SeaWorld - We are your guide!
SeaWorld is amazing because they really seem to try to give back what you give. So sure, the tickets can be pricy, but you are also saving the whales!
Ok, I guess I am not the biggest green peace advocate... but it is a good thing to take care of the animals. Remember, this whole operation was originally started not as a theme park, but as a service to our world's animals. The classic star of the show is Shamu at Sea World. It is pretty amazing to see these giant, beautiful animals leap out of the water along with dolphins. Also, your kids will love the splash zone, just remember to wear waterproof clothes!
Besides that, they do provide an amazing nightly firework show during the summer months.
I have spent many a free date night on the various beaches around Mission Bay watching the fireworks. My best suggestion is to get there early, reserve a firepit, and make a night out of it.
The park itself is full of fun, with attractions that could take days just to explore. However, just around the corner there are plenty of other options to eat and play. Take a nice kayak ride in the bay. Hang out at mission beach
and ride on the old wooden roller coaster. Or just relax and catch a tan.
For a discounted all inclusive package, including transportation to and from the park, admission, and all the shows for just 10 dollars above normal admission cost, check out the

If you want to spend a good portion of your vacation living up the oceanfront, bayfront, and general marine benefits of San Diego, then check out staying somewhere along Mission Bay. They are many great hotels with views of the bay, ocean, and fireworks.
