San Diego events in September is one of my favorites for concerts and activities. Look for some of the best outdoor concerts, plays, and other shows this month. Personally I love that the south swells and north swells are both coming in while the days and water remain warm. The fishing is also at a peak and many of the restaurants and hotels discount their prices!

Les Miserables in San Diego

Here is your chance to see Les Miserables at San Diego Civic Center on September 1st or 2nd. This classic musical production has brilliant new staging and reinvented scenes inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo. This is a box office hit and will be sure to sell out.

Rent Musical in San Diego at the Welk Theatre. A household name in the world of Musical Theatre, you have probably heard of "Rent" the Musical. If not it is the musical journey into the lives of bohemian artists struggling to survive life, love and HIV in New York. A Powerful story line put to great rock inspired music makes this an entertaining choice for October Theatre in San Diego. The dates are set for the end of september and first week of October only! Crime Pays at Mystery Cafe Dinner Theatre

Crime pays is one of the top San Diego theatre shows in 2012. Mix the Las Vegas mafia in with the game shows we knew and loved growing up and you have the gist of what makes this Mystery Cafe Dinner Theatre a comedy to remember.
