Free Parking at San Diego International Airport
There is free parking available on Kettner Street off the 5 south. Exit Sassafras and park on either side. This is amazing because you can still catch a ride with one of the various shuttles from the Park and Fly across the the street. You can also catch a taxi for right around 5 dollars (just be prepared to call one since you may or may not see one to flag).
Paid Parking Options
The simplest way to park is to drive to terminal two or three and just park in one of their lots. However, this will almost certainly be your most expensive option, with week long trips being over 100 dollars.
I recommend one of the Park and Fly lots or garages that are available off of North Harbor drive towards Point Loma, or turn left up Laurel and left at Pacific Highway for the cheapest lots. All of these lots will have regular shuttle busses included and seem to be a pretty secure option.
